At Eye Film, we’re passionate about giving back and supporting the future of film.
We were proud to support the BFI Film Academy, with our entire Eye Film team recently delivering an intensive week long film-making course with a group of 16- to 19-year-olds.
Students were taught the fundamentals of filmmaking, including interview techniques, thinking about the audience, and the importance of pre-production planning. Each group was paired with a Norfolk Charity and were assigned crew roles for all important shoot day. Students were guided through the editing process by the Eye Film crew to help them get the most out of their captured footage and mentored on how to refine their films into compelling 5-minute mini-docs.
And we’re proud to be able to share the final results with you – so roll out the virtual red carpet and prepare to be impressed by the film-makers of the future!
